SMS Program: Roof Pro Builders Customer Care
ROOFPRO BUILDERS LLC (“Roof Pro Builders”) sends text messages from our business number (405) 766-3411 to customers and prospects who have opted in. Messages include updates about your insurance claim and roofing project (claim number and date of loss, inspection dates, appointment and construction reminders, document and payment status) and replies to your questions about a free roof inspection. We do not send marketing messages.
How you opt in
- By checking the optional, unchecked text-message box on our signed Roofing Service Application: “Text messages (optional): I agree to receive SMS from ROOFPRO BUILDERS LLC about my claim. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- By sending a text message first to our business number (405) 766-3411 (for example, to ask a question or schedule a free roof inspection). Our first reply confirms your subscription and explains how to opt out.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency and costs
- Message frequency varies depending on your claim and project (usually 1 to 10 messages per month).
- Message and data rates may apply.
How to get help or opt out
- Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
- Reply HELP for help, call (405) 766-3411 or email customerservice@roofprobuilders.com.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
