This page explains how customers opt in to text messages (SMS) from ROOFPRO BUILDERS LLC (“Roof Pro Builders”). Program name: Roof Pro Builders Customer Care. Messages are sent from our business number (405) 766-3411.

1. Signed Roofing Service Application (paper or electronic)

When a homeowner signs our Roofing Service Application with our representative at the property, the form includes an optional, unchecked checkbox. The homeowner checks it only if they want text messages. Exact text on the form:

English: “☐ Text messages (optional): I agree to receive SMS from ROOFPRO BUILDERS LLC about my claim. Msg frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: roofprobuilders.com/sms-terms”
Español: “☐ Mensajes de texto (opcional): Acepto recibir SMS de ROOFPRO BUILDERS LLC sobre mi reclamo. Frecuencia variable; pueden aplicar cargos. STOP para salir, HELP ayuda. Términos: roofprobuilders.com/sms-terms”

SMS consent checkbox on the ROOFPRO BUILDERS LLC Roofing Service Application (English and Spanish) — SMS consent section of our signed Roofing Service Application (form RPB-APP), English and Spanish. The box is optional and is never pre-checked.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service or purchase. Customers who do not check the box do not receive text messages.

2. Texting our business number first

Anyone can start a conversation by sending a text message to (405) 766-3411 (for example, to ask a question or request a free roof inspection). Our first reply confirms the subscription: “Roof Pro Builders: You are subscribed to Roof Pro Builders Customer Care updates about your roofing claim and project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

What messages you will receive

Updates about your insurance claim and roofing project: claim number and date of loss, insurance inspection dates, appointment and construction reminders, document and payment status, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing messages.

Message frequency varies (usually 1 to 10 messages per month).
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply START to opt back in.
